He is survived by: his wife Kim; his sons, Laurence and Douglas; his sisters, Ann, Betty and Denise; his siblings-in-law, Jonas, Lisa and Tracy; and also Matthew. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews, and cousins and friends.
