She was predeceased by: her parents, George Franklin and Onnie Pearl Burgess (Lancaster); her siblings, Robert Burgess, Carter Lee Burgess, Shirley Mae Burgess, Lavern Gilbert and Kent Burgess; and her son Joe Bob Walton of Hanford.

She is survived by: her son Douglass Walton of Hanford; her husband Robert Walton; her siblings, Geraldine Neer, Maxin Casey, James Burgess and Jack Burgess; her daughter Lavada Metzger of Visalia California; her grandchildren, Susan Giede Romero, Jonathan Geide, Bobbi Jo Walton, Betty Mae Walton, Dustin Ray Walton and Jennifer Emanuel; her great grandchildren, Richard Ortiz-Giede, Aamaya Geide-Romero, Jacob Blair, Joshua Blair, Dustin Walton Jr., Bailey Walton, Cody, TJ and Austin Emanuel; and her great great grandchildren, Sadie Faye Walton-Mari, Mary Lou, Jayne Blair and Kashton Robert Warren.
