He is survived by: his wife Mary Ruth McCormick; his sons, Rod, Tim (Dorinda) and Russ (Marianne); his grandchildren, Lisa Maher (Jonathan) and Eric Koelewyn (Kerin); his great grandchildren, Annie, Ada, Austen Maher, Ellie and Joceyln Koelewyn; and his sister Marie Venendaal.
