He was predeceased by: his parents, Minnie Louise Hyman and Elmer Hyman. He is survived by: his wife Kathie A. Bailey; his sons, Ralph E. Bailey (Rosealyn) and Kristoffer M. Bailey (Sandra); his sibling Sandara (Jim Hansen); his grandchildren, Alyssa D. Bailey, Karyssa M. Bailey, Samuel K. Bailey, Isabel (Danny Sou) and Mia K. Bailey; and his great grandchild Irie Elaine. He is also survived by his wife and grandchildren, and visiting family and friends.
