She was predeceased by: her husband Hugh; her parents, Clyde McNealley and Lola McNealley; her siblings, Clyde and Mary McNulty; and her nephew Michael Rieffel.

She is survived by: her sisters, Virginia Rieffel, Rieffel Winter and Betty Winter; and her stepsons, Mike Osburn, His (Loanny Bob Armour) and Aunt Frankie.

Ophelia will be missed deeply by her friend Danny Baleanu who admired her strength, the care and love for others and love of life Donations may be made to the Hanford Carnegie Museum.
