He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Macedo and Everett Blanchard; his wife Pat; his brother Stan Blanchard; and his brother-in-law Claude Coelho.

He is survived by: his children, Tina (James Peevey) of Hanford, Tim (Cindy Blanchard) of Hanford and Jeff (Shannon Blanchard) of Visalia; his grandchildren, Morgen, Ashleigh, Zane, Brooke, Jamison, Presley, Frankie, Charlie, Beckham, Quincey Blanchard, Shaythan, Madeline, Garrett and Shylee Barcellos; his great grandchild Blakeleigh Ann; his siblings, Juanita "Snookie" Coelho and Dan (LaVerne Blanchard); and his siblings-in-law, Alice Milam, Rosie Blanchard and Joe (Denise Mendes).
