It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Manuel L. Borges Jr. (Hanford, California), who passed away on March 23, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Josephine Constance Nunes and Manuel L. Borges Sr. Manuel; and his siblings, Joe, George, Elmer, Tony, Maria Vienna, John, Marlene (Gomes), Judy (Vargas), Daniel and Portuguese.

Manuel made over one hundred art pieces during the time that his living community was closed due to Covid-19.
