He is survived by: his former wife Judith Lynn Sappington; his wife Judy Neill; his children, Cyndy Neill Swift and Brent Neill (Shana); his grandchildren, C. Neill Swift, Nathan Swift, Cody Neill, Cory Neill and Kaylee Neill; and his great grandchildren, Evelyn Swift, Aiden Swift and Harlow Makeeda Swift.
