She was predeceased by: her parents, Pernell W. Cason and Lucy V. Wills; and her siblings, Patricia Powell and James Cason. She is survived by: her children, Robert Ellis Jr., Jacqueline Ellis and Jay Ellis; and her siblings, Ethel Spain, Flora Cooper, Janice Etienne, William Cason, Pernell Cason and Joshua Cason. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 42 great grandchildren.
