He was predeceased by: his parents, Garrett Noort and Jean Van Noort; and his siblings, Bob, Randy Van Noort, Elaine Ballentine and Sylvia Rust.
He is survived by: his wife Madeline (Loboa); and his siblings, Claudia Hall of Virginia, Ed Van Noort of Fresno and Tom Van Noort (Rosie) of Visalia. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
