He is survived by: his children, Rolland Bettencourt (Carol), Rebecca Tamayo (Tom), Randy Spoelstra (Michelle) and Craig Spoelstra (Beth); his siblings, Patsy Scialo and Gerald Bettencourt; his siblings-in-law, Linda Thompson (Dan) and Anthony Bravo (Karen); his grandchildren, Joshua, Jordan Bettencourt, Lauren Halog (Jericho), Candice Brown (Michael), Brice, Ryan, Maggie, Grace, Gabriella Spoelstra, Kelsie Tamayo, Sarah Perkins (Ashley Esquivel) and Thomas Tamayo, Jr. (Katrina); his great grandchildren, Ezra, Micah, Emma, Maddix, Maverick, Isaac, Isla, Sosie, Chaz and Tripp; his goddaughter Terri Martella (Richard); his nieces and nephews, Shannon Bettencourt, Shannon Bravo, Sara Palmer (Jason), Vincent Scialo (Kristi) and Michael Bettencourt; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Blake, Colin, Chloe and Danica.
