He is survived by: his brothers, Jess Vargas and Robert Vargas; his wife Rosemary (Balver); his children, Paul Vargas (Cristi), Nichole Rogers (David) and Andrew Vargas (Lynda); his grandchildren, Keeley Rogers, Anthony Vargas, Megan Vargas, Sierra Rogers, Melinda Vargas, Noelle Vargas and Elena Vargas; and his siblings-in-law, Rudy Perez, Joe Balver, Danny Balver, Marylou Vargas, Mary Vargas, Rachel Balver and Virgie Balver. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces/great nieces, nephews/great nephews.
