He was predeceased by: his children, Fred C and Annabelle Alcala; and his sister Susan Goulart. He is survived by: his wife Vickie; his stepsons, Daniel and Jessie; his stepgrandchildren, Kaydence, Rayden, Roman, Raelee and Morgan; his parents, Fred Alcala and Leontina Alcala; and his siblings, Chuck and Christine Alcala. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
