She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Taylor and Emma Eisenbarth Taylor; her husband Jack Leavengood; and her siblings, William Taylor, James Taylor, Dwight Taylor and Ila Simmons.

She is survived by: her brothers, Cecil and Charles Taylor; and her stepsons, Barry and Dean Leavengood. She is also survived by two step-grandchildren and 3 step-great-grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
