She was predeceased by : her father Tiago John Costa. She is survived by : her mother, Ethel Costa, her aunt Barbara Dias, aunt Emmy Malkon, her uncle Mitchel Turner, her close friend Jerry Raber (Star Trek); her former spouses, Nathan Daniel Lee, Kiri Kay Lee Raber and Debbie; her children, Nathan Daniel Lee Raber, Jacob Lewis Demar Raber and Kiri Kay Lee Raber; her siblings, Thomas (Bobbi Costa) and Paul Costa; and her nieces and nephews, Josh, Nathan, Justin, Adam, Garret, Timothy, Antoinette and Faith Costa, Harvey Dias, Jennifer Birriel, and Rene Burress.
