It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Chester Vern Lackey of Hanford, California, born in Sacramento, California, who passed away on September 21, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Fredrick Lackey and Villa Jean Lackey; and his siblings, Donna Pieroti, Janice Rutt, Kay Parvins and Gary Lackey.
He is survived by: his wife Annette Phillips Lackey; his children, Rance Couto, Jason Lackey, Vern Lackey, Jeana Brooks and Ben Lackey; and his stepchildren, Rhonda Tate, Melanie Rawls and Marnie Couto. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and countless great-grandchildren.
