He was predeceased by: his parents, Claudio Tamondong and Asuncion Tamondong. He is survived by: his wife Francisca Tamondong; his children, Cesar B. Tamondong, Jr. and Esther Parkhurst; his son-in-law William Parkhurst; his son Edgar Tamondong; his daughter-in-law Grace Tamondong; his grandchildren, Andrei Tamondong and Althea Tamondong; his sister Estrella Oliver; his brother-in-law Leo Oliver; his niece Jill Brogan; and his brothers-in-law, Margarito, Hilario and Leomar. He is also survived by cousins and extended family.
In remembrance of Cesar Teja Tamondong donations may also be made to the American Heart Association or the Vietnam Veterans of America.
