He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Antonio Garcia and Gwendolyn Garcia; his sons, Jerry Williams (Carolyn), Jeremy Williams (Joanne), Steven Garcia (Kriselda) and Jacob Garcia; his granddaughter Jeanette Cummings; his significant other Donna Smith; his sister Bonita Delgado; and his daughter Jeanette Cummings (John). He was also cherished by 16 loving grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, many nephews, nieces and extended family.
