It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Blandeline Phillips (Hanford, California), born in Durant, Oklahoma, who passed away on June 21, 2018, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her spouses, Chuck Phillips and Charles Phillips; her siblings, Richard Buckner and Linda Betts; her sons, Rick Bellar (Jeannie) of Hanford and John Bellar (Ann) of Porterville, CA; and her grandchildren, Heather Schexnider, Ronnie Slimp, Steven Slimp, Catherine Bellar and Kateri Bellar.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation.
