He is survived by: his sons, Kevin James O'Brien (Mary) of Hereford, AZ and Barry Patrick O'Brien (Katsumi) of Chandler, AZ; his grandchildren, Clare O'Brien, David Pletka (Cheyenne), Shannon and Sean O'Brien; his great grandchild Carter James Pletka; and his brother Morgan O'Brien (Dorothea) of Herndon.
