He is survived by: his spouse Marielena Castillo-Ramirez (Costa Rica); his close friend Marielena; his children, Carlos Lewis (Guillermina), Magali Luckau (Jeff), Frank Lewis, Aaron Lewis, Daphne Cannon (Shane), Tatiana Vincent (Brent), Maurice Lewis and Sergio Lewis (Melissa); and his brother Sylvan Lewis. He is also survived by husband.
In his later years, Parkinson's Disease robbed him of much of his strength, yet nothing could stop him from getting out and doing any work whether physical or spiritual that he deemed necessary to do.
