She was predeceased by: her husband Manuel; her sisters, Olivia Phillips and Lillian Silveira; her sons-in-law, John Lopes and Greg Furtado; and her grandson Brian Silva.
She is survived by: her children, Richard (Diane), James (Harlene), John (Treva), Joseph (Billie Jean), Joan Lopes and Marie Furtado; and her sister Eleanor Carr. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
