He was predeceased by: his wife Balbina Luiz of Crows Landing; and his parents, Edward Pometta and Alice McNerney. He is survived by: his children, Steve Pometta (Cheryl) of Gustine, Sally Pometta of Sacramento, Rocci Pometta (Kathy) of Newman and Dan Pometta of Gustine; his grandchildren, Samantha (Shaun), Chase (Kady), Colton, Lacey and Amos (Melanie); and his sister Pearl Jensen of Turlock. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
