He was predeceased by: his parents, Omer Gibson and Nellie Gibson; and his brother Charles Gibson. He is survived by: his wife Ovalene Gibson of Poole, KY; his children, Karen Byrum (Randy) of Murfreesboro, TN, Tommy Branson of Dixon, KY and Michael Branson (Wilma) of Dixon, KY; his sister Sue Duckworth of Dixon, KY; and his grandchildren, Bryan Branson, Shelly Branson, Steve Render, Shauna Parker, Amanda Guzik and Laura Lilly. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
