She was predeceased by: her parents, John Serpa and Josephine Serpa; and her siblings, Elaine Costa, Ralph Serpa and Lloyd Serpa.

She is survived by: her husband Frank; her sons, Frank Panarra Jr. (Mimi) of Kalama and Gary Panarra (Mechelle) of Merced; and her grandchildren, Katie Panarra, Kelsey Panarra, Kristin Panarra, Jason Allen and Nigel Allen.

Donations can be made in her name to Shrine of Our Lady of Miracles Education Center, 370 Linden Ave, Gustine CA 95322 Services conducted by Hillview Funeral Chapel, Gustine.
