He was predeceased by: his significant other Reba Croxen; his parents, Joseph S Serpa and Mary E Cardoza; his son Joey Serpa; and his siblings, Teresa Serpa, Stanley Serpa, Tuffy Serpa, Lulu Serpa and Lena Reasoner.
He is survived by: his children, Toni Meador (Todd), Carolin Peterson (John) and James L Croxen; and his sister Dollie Rivaldi. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, and 22 great-grandchildren.
