She was predeceased by: her parents, Sallie Dean and Clarence H. Dean; her husband James Rhoads; and her sisters, Rosa Lee and Eva McDade.
She is survived by: her children, Dean Cardoza and DeAna Costello; her grandchildren, Percy, Courtney, Rachel, Rebecca and Jordan; her great grandchildren, Dimitri and Danen; her great great grandchildren, Landon and Nash; her sister Billie Jo; her brother-in-law Johnny; and her nieces and nephews, Les, Janice, Ray, Jimmy, Richard, Sallie and Johnny.
