He was predeceased by: his parents, Josephine Felix and Manuel Vega, Sr.; his daughter Cassandra; and his siblings, Joe, Freddy and Francis.
He is survived by: his daughters, Mammam and Pappa; his wife Clara Ruth Vega; his daughters, Jackye Balegal (Paul), Sara Renae Mattson and Julie Wheeler (Don); his grandchildren, Justin Balegal (Rebbecca), Ray Anthony Gomez, Jessica Balegal, Anthony Cortez, Daniel Cortez and Brayden Mattson; and his sisters, Esther and Josephine. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
