It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lulubelle Clapp of Gridley, California, born in Wabash, Indiana, who passed away on August 9, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Clarence M. Penrod and Pluma N. Keister; her husband Glenn C. Clapp; her siblings, Ralph Penrod and Rachel Webb; and her great grandchildren, Starla Williams (Greg), Roland Scott, Caleb, Benjamin, Jacob, Amanda, Trula Hickman (Neil) and Ginger Walker. She was also cherished by four children, 8 grandchildren.
