He is survived by: his wife Lisbeth Lewis; his siblings, Sheri Kimbrough, Janet Fortney and Roger Lewis; his sons, Sam Lewis (Donna), Duane Elrod, Kevin Elrod (Janet), Rodney Harr (Becky) and Thom Harr (Kasey); and his grandchildren, Kyle Lewis, Josh Elrod, Jenna Moffitt, Duane Elrod Jr., Bill Elrod, Diana Elrod, Shane Elrod, Eric Elrod, Brenden Harr, TJ Harr, Nate Harr, Telu Fuller and Aden Harr. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
