It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arthur Scott Bell (Gridley, California), who passed away on June 14, 2018, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Flora; his sister Betty Gallmeister of Anderson; and his children, Cella Brinkley, Wes Brinkley of Orland, Paul Bell, Sheila Bell of Naperville, Carla Gilbert, Bob Gilbert of Chico, Sydney Fissori, Mike Fissori of Libby, MT, John Bell and Patty Bell of Modesto. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 1 deceased, and 8 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to a favorite charity.
