He was predeceased by: his mother Georgia Cordilla Hicks; his son Dewayne Buckner; and his siblings, Jim, Jack Hicks and Dixie Pullie.
He is survived by: his wife Bobbie Buckner; his daughter Delene (Travis) of Greenfield, CA; and also, Jeremy, Donna, John, Lindsey, Dewey, Sarah, Brandi, Nic, Jessica, Gary, Stephanie, David, KayLee, Trevor, Quanah, Taylor, Tarah, Benji, Mauruk, Addison, Nate, Eli and Maurine. He is also survived by his 6 grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
