It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Rose Freier Herr Gyory (Grass Valley, California), who passed away on February 4, 2020, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her former husband Albert Herr; her husband Paul Gyory; and her son-in-law Kent Persel. She is survived by: her daughters, Dona Bergthold (Roger) and Kathi Persel; her stepchildren, Craig Gyory (Debbie) and Lynn Bustabade (Vic); and her grandchildren, Craig Persel (Nadya), Dan Bergthold, Chris Persel (Stacy), Shari Oitzman (Mike) and Michael Gyory. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews.
