He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lacey Torres and Chelsi Torres; and his siblings, Rosie Velasquez and Larry Torres. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations to defray burial costs are requested.
