He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Diane Stallings; his children, Ira Victor Stallings and Sierra Dawn Stallings; and his grandchildren, Isaiah Victor Stallings and Isla Rose Stallings.
A reception will be held on Sunday, December 1st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Grass Valley Veterans Memorial Building (255 S Auburn St, Grass Valley, CA 95945).
Memorial contributions may be made to the Nevada County All Veterans Honor Guard.
