He was predeceased by: his daughter Sara; his parents, Joseph and Lorraine (Kohl); his father-in-law Louis Bernardino; and his sister Donna Stewart.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Lou; his mother-in-law Judy Bernardino; his children, Julie Everson (Mark) and Amanda (Jason Burkhead); and his siblings, Barbara Richelieu (Jim) and Susan Corder (Frank). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
