We are sad to announce that on August 15, 2020, at the age of 91, Charles Phillips (Grass Valley, California) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Julieta Phillips (Lutz); and his children, Georgianne, Chuck Jr., Patricia, Katrina and Bernadine.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to Interfaith Food Ministry at 440 Henderson St., Grass Valley, CA 95945.
