He is survived by: his children, Susan Karolyi, Joseph Chervenick (Ellen), Diane Nettles (Dale) and Michelle Chervenick; his brother Paul Chervenick; his grandchildren, Clete Reader, Emily Kyser (Nathan), Morgan Nettles, Amanda Chervenick, Savannah Chervenick, Allysen Lower and Carson Lower; and his great grandchildren, Zoe Kyser and Lucas Kyser.
