She was predeceased by: her parents, James Allen and Violet Johnson; and her husband Ernest George Medlyn. She is survived by: her children, Mary Anthney Tripp of Grass Valley, Bill Medlyn (Teresa) of Weiser, ID, Robert Medlyn (Julie) of Grass Valley, Mindy McGinnis (Mike) of Weiser, ID and Steven Medlyn of Folsom, CA. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at 104 Lidster Ave, Grass Valley, CA 95945.
Allene's family respectfully requests that memorial contributions be made to Hospice of the Foothills in lieu of flowers.
