He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Grevstad and Frances Grevstad (Grigg). He is survived by: his children, Lisa Grevstad and Todd Small; his grandchildren, Cassie Neal, Alex Small and Ashley Small; and his sister Janet Grevstad.
