It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy Ann Wagner of Granite Bay, California, born in Orland, California, who passed away on January 17, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Sanford and Pearl Sanford; her husband Bill Wagner; her children, Rose Bianchi and John Gonsalves; and her stepsons, Rocky Wagner and Donald Wagner. She was also cherished by 10 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
