He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hooten and Catherine Hooten. He is survived by: his spouse Susan Morgan Hooten; his children, Jon Lumiere (Andrea), Woody and Julia; and his sisters, Catherine, Bolger, Mary Green (Thomas) and Roseanne White (Kenneth). He is also survived by numerous nieces; nephews; and in-laws; and countless friends.
