He was predeceased by: his father Robert Lloyd Dolan. He is survived by: his uncle Pat; his mother Margaret Dolan of Portland, OR; his sisters, Alison Lewis (Pete) of Portland, OR and Kara Dolan (Giuseppe) of Oxford; his niece Medwen Ana Lewis; and his nephew Nino Trapani.
