With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert Kelly of Grand Terrace, California, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 24, 2024 at the age of 78. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Franklin Kelly and Betty Jane Kelly; his grandchildren, Bobba and Stephen Michael Shimp; his wife Lynda Walker Kelly of Perry; his children, Mac Kelly (Kimmie) of Neptune Beach, Jennifer Kelly Adams (Paul) of Jacksonville, Michael Kelly of Jacksonville, Florida, Jodi Hulbert Zammit (Edmund) of Perry, Paul Hulbert (Lisa) of Charlotte, John Hulbert (Ashley) of Perry, Ben Hulbert (Samantha) of Perry, Matthew Hulbert (Jennifer) of Shreveport, Mark Hulbert (Emily) of Marietta and Jill Hulbert Thigpen (Eric) of Perry; and his brothers, Jim Kelly (Shirley) of Houston and Jack Kelly (Dorothy) of Talihina, Oklahoma. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
