He is survived by: his former wife Vicky Johnson; his children, Christopher Rice and Cynthia Rice; his granddaughter DeAnna Marie Johnson; his wife Connie Johnson; his stepson Patrick O'Hare; his grandchildren, Katrina Rice and Wyatt Kenneth Johnson; his brother Paul Johnson (Maria); his daughter DeAnna Johnson (Justin); his grandchildren, Alora and Cheyenne; and his great grandchildren, Ophelia and Michael Anthony.
