He was predeceased by: his parents, Zenobia Clarkson and Marshall Levert Clarkson; his wife Dorothy Clarkson; and his brother Levert Marshall Clarkson. He is survived by: his children, Wendall Clarkson (Sally), Maynard Clarkson (Vesta) and Rodney Clarkson; his siblings, Rene Clarkson Kindred and Don Clarkson (Pearl); and his sister-in-law Joyce Townsend. He is also survived by cousins, other relatives, and friends.
