With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Emiko Nitta of Granada Hills, California, born in Manhattan Beach, California, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 11, 2024 at the age of 98. Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Emiko leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her husband Kenji Nitta. She is survived by: her sister Michiko Murakami; and her children, Eugene Nitta (Teresa), Margaret Takimoto (Dick), Dianne Doi (William) and Teri Nitta (Kelly Flock). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren as well as many Nieces and Nephews.
