It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Esther Cruz Carrasco (Gonzales, California), who passed away on July 5, 2018, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her sister Alice Carrasco of Salinas. She is survived by: her children, Richard Contreras (Stella) of Santa Maria, Ester Carrasco (Ruben Sanchez) of Gonzales, Mary Gutierrez (James) of Gonzales, Gloria Samano of Gonzales, Nellie Samano of Gonzales, Tina Morales of Soledad and Roger Morales of Salinas; and her grandchildren, Veronica, Valerie, Sam, Henry, Lorraine, James Jr, Robert, Christina, Danny, Paul, Justin, Vincent, Jennifer, Celeste, Michael, John, Roger, Rudy, Sabrina and Anthony. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
