He is survived by: his wife Ophelia Vizcarra; his children, Ermina Lara Vizcarra-Hidalgo (Joe Hidalgo), Arthur Anthony Vizcarra Jr. and Sara Kim Vizcarra; his granddaughter Madeline Abraxas Vizcarra-Hidalgo; and his sisters, Linda Garcia of Salinas, Lupita Pajas of La Habra and Gloria "Dodie" Morales.
