We are sad to announce that on March 13, 2021, at the age of 86, Ruayne Mae Payne (Goleta, California), born in Provo, Utah passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jedediah Herbert and Algie Herbert; her daughter Sherrie Payne Ellison; and her siblings, Lois, Lula, J. Willard, Carol, Don, Howard, Merlene, Beverly, Jay D, Paul and Richard.
She is survived by: her children, Christi Hansen (Bill), David Payne (Annette) and Deena Lockhart (Ralph); and her husband David. She is also survived by her 20 grandchildren, her 50 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
